    Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if present. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub all over the ribs.

    Place ribs in a slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over the top.

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until meat is tender.

    For a caramelized finish, brush with more sauce and broil for 3-5 minutes.

    Slice between bones and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
