Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 eggs (for scrambling)
- maple syrup and butter
Instructions

1Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towels.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

3Whisk egg, milk, and melted butter together. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

4Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot greased griddle. Flip when bubbles form on top. Cook until golden.

5Scramble eggs in butter over low heat until just set. Serve pancakes with butter and syrup alongside bacon and eggs.
