Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- salt and pepper
Instructions

1Cook linguine according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.

2Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute.

3Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half.

4Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink.

5Toss in pasta, lemon juice, and parsley. Add pasta water if needed. Serve immediately.
