Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- your favorite toppings
- fresh basil (optional)
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

1Preheat your oven to 475°F. If you have a pizza stone, put it in while the oven heats.

2Divide dough in half and stretch each piece into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.

3Place dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4Spread sauce over the dough leaving a border around the edge. Add cheese and your chosen toppings.

5Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Cool briefly before slicing.
