Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 servings ramen noodles
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- nori
- corn
- bean sprouts for topping
Instructions

1Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

2Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce.

3Cook ramen noodles separately according to package directions. Drain well.

4Divide noodles between bowls. Ladle hot broth over the noodles.

5Top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, nori, and any other desired toppings. Serve immediately.
