    Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

    Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce.

    Cook ramen noodles separately according to package directions. Drain well.

    Divide noodles between bowls. Ladle hot broth over the noodles.

    Top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, nori, and any other desired toppings. Serve immediately.
