Instructions

1Prepare rice according to package directions and keep warm.

2Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3Place salmon in the hot pan and cook 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

4Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar together for a quick dressing.

5Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, and green onions. Drizzle with dressing and top with sesame seeds.
