Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- cilantro and lime wedges
Instructions

1Toss cabbage with mayo and half the lime juice for a quick slaw. Set aside.

2Mix flour, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Coat fish pieces in the mixture.

3Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pan fry fish until golden and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

4Warm tortillas in a dry pan.

5Fill tortillas with fish, slaw, avocado, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
